Upa-yoga

Upa-yoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.

Surya Kriya

Surya Kriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness and complete inner wellbeing. Surya Kriya is a complete spiritual process by itself.

Angamardana

Angamardana is a series of 31 processes to invigorate the body, and reach peak physical fitness and mental health.

Yogasana

The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being.

Surya Shakti

Surya Shakti is an dynamic form of the Sun Salutation which is an ancient yogic practice with a powerful sequence of 18 postures.

Bhuta Shuddhi

The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire, and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system.

A method of practice

Rooted in classical tradition

Classical Hatha Yoga is offered here as a method of practice rooted in clarity and steadiness.

The focus is not on intensity or performance, but on cultivating stability in the body and quiet in the mind — allowing balance to emerge naturally through consistent practice.
